Nebraska Republicans Endorse Terry

U.S. Rep. Lee Terry was overwhelmingly endorsed for another term in Congress by the Republican party's official governing body last Saturday at a meeting in Omaha.
"This was a tremendous endorsement," said Dave Boomer, Terry's campaign manager. "The activists and leaders of the Republican party knew Lee is being challenged by several Republicans in the May 15 primary. They opted to support Lee, who is the one conservative in the race that can win Nebraska's second district this November."

The respected conservative grassroots organization Americans for Prosperity recently released their 2011 ratings of Congress. They gave Lee Terry an “A” for his votes to reduce spending and slim down government. This was the highest rating among the state’s delegation.
